Handprinted Blockprint. What Blockprint means?
It is a manual stamping technique with wooden blocks, original from East Asia with over 2000 years old. The method consists of manually carving a pattern on the wooden blocks and then stamping it on the fabric. The process requires skill and time from the craftsman, as the pattern must be stamped repeatedly into the fabric.
100% Modal - A soft man-made fibre that is made from natural materials and is completely biodegradable, so it is often touted as a sustainable textile.
