we ship worldwide. products are shipped on the next business day after payment is confirmed. you will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of your delivery. all shippings are registered.

shipping costs outside of Portugal vary depending on your order's value.

if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange your items within 30 days of receiving them. please follow the steps below:

  • send us an e-mail to worldwide@otherwise.shop with your name, order number and the name of the items you wish to exchange.
  • we will send you a return label by e-mail. just seal your package, attach your label and a courier will pick up your order.
  • make sure your item is unused and in the same condition as you received it. 

please take in consideration that you're entitled to one free exchange per order. if you would like to exchange an item more than once, there's an extra shipping cost associated that might vary depending on the country you're in. we will inform you via e-mail.

we're sorry to inform you that international returns have an associated cost of shipping. we hope you understand that we're still a small brand and, unfortunately, we can't bear the extra shipping cost. the return cost might vary depending on the country you're in - we will inform you via e-mail. thanks for understanding!

once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
